3.2 Prices listed on the Website are subject to change at our sole discretion without prior notice.

4.1 An Order is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of an acknowledgment by the Website.
4.2 We reserve the right to cancel any Order wholly or partially due to:

d) Regulatory restrictions,
e) Force majeure conditions.
4.3 In case of cancellation, the Company’s liability is limited strictly to refunding the amount received for the cancelled Order.

5.2 All payment data is processed securely via third-party payment gateways; the Company does not store card details.
5.3 Cash-on-Delivery, if available, may be subject to additional charges and eligibility restrictions.
6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

6.2 Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon first delivery attempt, regardless of acceptance.
6.3 Title of goods transfers only upon full payment realization.

7.2 Requests raised beyond the allowed window shall not be accepted under any circumstance.

8.2 Warranty remedies (repair/replacement/parts supply) shall be provided strictly at the discretion of the manufacturer.

c) Installation costs, labour costs, project delays, or indirect/consequential damages.
11.2 The Company’s aggregate liability shall never exceed the invoice value of the Product purchased.
12. Indemnity
12.1 The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and associates from any claim or dispute arising out of:
a) Breach of these Terms;
b) Violation of law;
c) Wrongful usage of the Website or Products.

13.2 The Company does not endorse, control, or guarantee third-party content or practices, and shall not be liable for reliance on such content.
14. Force Majeure

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

15.2 Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ghaziabad, India
