1. Applicability

1.1 This Policy applies to all purchases made through IPSAMART and supersedes any prior understanding or verbal assurance.

2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement / Refund

2.1 Requests are accepted only under the following circumstances:

a) Product delivered in damaged or broken condition;

b) Product having a manufacturing defect;

c) Product materially different from the description displayed on the Website.

2.2 Claims must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, supported by photographs/videos and complete unboxing proof.

3. Strict Non-Eligibility

3.1 Return/refund shall not be permitted under the following:

a) Product installed, used, modified, tampered, scratched, burned, or mishandled by Customer/third party;

b) Damage arising due to improper installation by non-authorized personnel;

c) Warranty or after-sales dissatisfaction;

d) Change of mind / dislike of color / size / aesthetics / sound / texture / feel;

e) Minor variations in tint/finish due to display settings or lighting;

f) Missing original packaging, screws, parts, instructions, or warranty card;

g) Products purchased on Sale, Clearance, Deal of the Day, or combination offers;

h) Bulk/commercial orders for projects/dealers.

4. Condition of Product for Approval

4.1 The product must be returned in unused, uninstalled, and original condition, along with all original packaging and accessories.

4.2 IPSAMART’s inspection team will be the sole authority to determine acceptance or rejection of a return claim.

5. Refund Settlement Terms

5.1 Upon approval, refund shall be processed within 5–10 business days from inspection completion.

5.2 Refund shall be credited only to the original payment method or in the form of store credit if mutually chosen.

5.3 Payment-gateway charges & service charges are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation of Orders

6.1 Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch subject to 2% deduction of gateway charges (if applicable).

6.2 Cancellation after dispatch is not permitted under any circumstance.

7. Right to Reject Fraudulent Claims

7.1 IPSAMART retains full authority to reject claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, or commercially motivated.
